Evergreen Staff
Choosing to live at Evergreen Estates, for yourself or a loved one is choosing the best care and a safe environment.

Pat Giorgio - Owner of Evergreen Estates
Evergreen Estates is locally owned and managed by experienced and caring
staff. Decisions are made locally and in the best interests of those whose care we have been entrusted.
Pat Giorgio
Owner/Manager
Pat Giorgio sits
at the helm of Evergreen Estates, motivated by her employees and the residents of the three Evergreen locations. She has owned
Evergreen Estates for 18 years and credits her success to honing her listening skills and paying attention to what’s
really important.
“Watching
our residents develop friendships and listening to them visit with each other is a daily inspiration. We help to create a home for them and watching them minister and care for one another is so rewarding,
” Pat comments. However, she also notes that the honesty and frankness
of the residents keeps her humble as she recalls a story of overhearing one resident saying, “She’s a little too
old for that skirt, don’t you think?”
Laura Martensen
Laura has been
with Evergreen Estates for 24 years. Yes, you read that right, 24 years! She started working in care facilities at 15 and went on to earn her LPN degree so
she could pursue a career in the residential care industry. She enjoys doing
those little extras that make the residents feel special and says that any part of the day is good when all the residents
needs are met and everyone feels safe and taken care of.

Lois Doyle
Lois Doyle
Lois Doyle has
been the administrator of Evergreen Estates III for eight years. Her entire nursing career has been in geriatric nursing and
she believes her experiences from Quality Control Nurse to Director of Extended Therapy have all led up to this position. She says she made the switch to give her the opportunity to spend less time working
on paperwork and more time interacting with the people who needed her, describing her position at Evergreen as “a breath
of fresh air.”
“I’m
a morning person and you’ll find me here about 7:15am. I am dedicated to
making the residents lives as care free and comfortable as possible. I enjoy
what I do and am proud to be a part of the Evergreen family,” Lois says.

Kathy Ely
Kathy Ely
Kathy’s
favorite quote is “When we show our respect for other living things, they respond with respect for us” and it
shows in her daily interactions with Evergreen Estates residents.
She has been
in the Evergreen Estates family for 16 years and was initially interested in working in a residential care facility because
her grandmother did when she was a child. “I remember spending the day
at work with her on many occasions. I always looked forward to the time and enjoyed
visiting with people while I was there,” Kathy recalls.

Matt Giorgio
Matt
Giorgio
Matt has worked
at Evergreen from the ripe-old age of 14 – everything from mowing the lawns to fixing the washing machines - learning
more than he could ever have imagined about all aspects of the business and life. Matt returned to Evergreen Estates full
time after college and loves being an integral part of the family business.
Matt’s favorite
part of the day? Giving and receiving those little smiles and saying hello to all of the caring residents throughout the day.
