We are conveniently located in northwest and southwest Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We are close to area churches,
shopping, restaurants, and leisure activity centers. Evergreen Retirement Apartments lease to individuals 55 years
of age and older. These apartments are independent living, completely separate from the Residential Care Centers.
Supervision is not provided by the nursing staff except in the event of an emergency. Meals, housekeeping
and laundry services are available for apartment dwellers for an additional charge.
